We are seeking Angular Developer to enable Analyst

We are seeking Angular Developer to enable Analysts and Scientists to build better science faster and execute that science at cloud scale. Angular Developer will be building a next generation data science platform to enable data science at scale, eliminating non-value add activities (data movement, waiting in queues to initiate work, reducing wait time for work to complete once initiated) and fostering an opensource and collaborative ecosystem for sharing across the enterprise.

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science/Math/Engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Deep understanding of front-end engineering principles and experience with front end technologies and frameworks
  • Strong experience using Angular 5+, JS MVC frameworks, JS Libraries (jQuery, etc), constructing reusable services, models, controllers and templates
  • In-depth knowledge of Javascript and Node.js
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Node.js and Angular or another Node-based framework such as Vue.js, React.js, Ext.js or other
  • Have implemented HTML5 and Responsive / Adaptive Web Design Experience in AJAX, XML, JSON
  • Possess firm knowledge of cross-browser compatibility standards and behaviors
  • In-depth knowledge of HTTP and REST
  • Demonstrable track record of building sophisticated, highly interactive web applications
  • Write elegant, well tested code and can strike the right balance between writing perfect code and shipping it rapidly and iteratively
  • Strong, 1+ years hands-on experience with Angular 5 or newer
  • Strong experience JS MVC frameworks, JS Libraries (jQuery, etc), constructing reusable services, models, controllers and templates
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience coding in TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML with web services integration
  • Ability to design and implement large projects in a self-directed fashion. Quickly assimilate whatever technologies are needed for a project
  • Experience developing, testing, releasing, and supporting Web-based Front-Ends
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
