Junior Visual Designer
Fort Laudredale, FL
The Junior Visual Designer creates digital and print products for Go-To-Market team (Sales and Marketing department). This is a highly collaborative role where you will work with the team to ensure that all creative needs are met for presentations, meetings, client visits, events and communications. Put your user-centered design skills into practice with your business acumen to ensure brand consistency and help drive value and leads for the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consistent clean, clear, and user-friendly brand identity. Meet brand standards in the creation of all materials.
- Create digital and print materials, including presentations, e-mails, landing pages, microsites, social media campaigns, rich media, display advertising, print advertisements, PDFs, and videos.
- Build thematically-linked conference agendas, speakers, programs, print collateral, marketing materials, and exhibitor space annually.
- Facilitate communication within the Go-To-Market team via newsletters, training and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
- Portfolio of digital/print work—sales/marketing-related material is a plus.
- High level of initiative with a creative perspective to problem solving.
- Strong understanding of design structures and a good eye for a layout.
- Highly detail oriented.
- Understanding of Visual Communication Design.
- Solid skills on PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- HTML/CSS skills.
- Work experience with Adobe InDesign and PDF files.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Good project management and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Good analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
