Software Engineer C#

The Software Engineer C# will work with portfolio managers, back office personnel and other developers to create, support and improve upon fund services trading platform. The Software Engineer C# in this role will be able to take on responsibilities only limited by their abilities and will work with a fair degree of independence. All team members take responsibility for their products and are required to step in and support trading operations as necessary. Candidates must be motivated self-starters, quick learners and problem solvers. The ability to work and communicate very well with other technical and non-technical team members is required.
Experience/Skills
- Minimum of three years of professional programming experience
- Excellent communication skills required
- Knowledge of C# and Visual Studio strongly preferred
- SQL knowledge strongly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server a plus
- ASP.NET knowledge a plus
- Azure experience a plus
- Experience in the trading industry a plus
- Degree in Mathematics or Computer Science preferred, alternatively project experience would be considered
- Ability to take on projects and operate with minimal oversight desired
